Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping services across Mexico and to several international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to explore alternative shipping options.

 

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you in case of any delays.


Estimated Delivery Times
  • Mexico: 5 to 10 business days.

  • International: 10 to 20 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • International: shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected courier service. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

    • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
       

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the courier’s website.

International Shipping Restrictions
  • Certain products, such as food, liquid soaps, and shampoos, may require special permits for international shipping. Please contact us before placing an order to verify the regulations in your country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipments that are rejected due to local import restrictions.
     

Lost or Delayed Shipments
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking status. If there is no update within 10 business days, contact us for further assistance. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges only in apparel within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Beauty and personal care products.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
     

Return Process
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Provide order details and photos if applicable.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item sent).
     

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.

  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
