Antalika'a
Antalika’a revives ancestral embroidery techniques and transforms them into wearable art — while also creating sustainable livelihoods in Teabo, Yucatán, Mexico.
Founded by artisan Mildre Ramirez, Antalika'a translates the cosmovision of her community into powerful textile narratives.
Antalika'a is a creative space where women embroider from tradition, recovering forgotten stitches to express their stories and collective memory.
Mildre has represented Mexico at the Latin American Impact Investing Forum (FLII) in Guatemala and Mexico, and showcased her work at Vancouver Fashion Week (Fall/Winter 2025) and Runway LatinX (October 2025).
Each piece is handcrafted with purpose, weaving together our history and our future.
